In 2013, Nagraj entered the Dubai real estate market as a Managing Partner at a brokerage firm, where he focused on real estate marketing & sales strategy, brand positioning for developers, and building high-performance sales systems. Instead of operating like a traditional broker, he approached real estate as a structured, data-driven business — working on demand creation, investor psychology, and large-scale sales execution. This phase shaped his global investment mindset.
Parallel to his Dubai journey, Nagraj spent over a decade building deep expertise in land markets, especially in emerging regions like Karjat. He has been associated with large-scale developments such as Forest by the Hills (300+ acres) — one of the most significant land projects in the region. This gave him unmatched micro-market understanding, strong land sourcing capability, and execution credibility.
With experience across Dubai (global, structured markets) and India (high-growth, early-stage land opportunities), Nagraj built a unique philosophy: Think Global. Invest Glocal.
